Responsibilities
- Manage daily logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery of packages and cargo within the Greater Los Angeles area.
- Utilize advanced route planning software to optimize delivery routes and reduce fuel consumption.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with clients and vendors, handling deliveries with care and accuracy.
- Update digital logs and inventory systems in real-time to maintain operational transparency.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to resolve any logistics bottlenecks or delays.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (DMV printout required).
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business is a plus.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service (minimum 1 year).
- Strong knowledge of local Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
