Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely use forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move inventory efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Load & Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks while maintaining the integrity of products.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not always required for all positions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
