Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and forklifts safely.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using conveyor systems or manual handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (for local driving requirements if applicable).
