Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse facility and to delivery vehicles using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
