Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse aisles and work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak delivery times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa location.
