Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and label packages accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Operate scanners and computer systems to log incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a high level of productivity to meet daily team goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver's License (not required for all positions, but preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse software.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
