Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently process customer orders with accuracy and speed using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper organization of inventory storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets our high standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload trucks, verifying shipment contents against loading documents.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctuality are essential.
