Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping and organizing aisles.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors regarding priorities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
