Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with precision and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving any discrepancies or questions regarding customer orders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a strong desire to show up on time.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
