Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up to date.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Driving: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
