Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and organizing warehouse aisles.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse facility at all times.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Assist in quality control by inspecting products for damage before shipment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding stock levels and potential delays.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred for local delivery tasks).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
