Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against delivery documents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions if required for outdoor logistics.
