Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, sorting, and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
