Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts and accuracy against packing lists.
- Perform quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and update inventory status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and optimize workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
