Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks to ensure shipment accuracy and integrity
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation to Fort Worth location
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through our program)
- Strong work ethic with punctual attendance record
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
