Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and care to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Sort and organize incoming inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and inventory counts using handheld scanners.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve operational issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
