Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks and delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Sort, stock, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy accessibility.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Equipment Handling: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate consideration.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
