Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, strictly adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Conveyor systems) safely and correctly.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with weight limits and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotational schedule.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail are required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
