Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Process Shipments: Accurately receive, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly pack, label, and prepare products for local and regional distribution.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts and audits to ensure stock levels match our records accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate warehouse environments.
- Flexible Availability: Must be open to flexible scheduling, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability is essential for this role.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and perform quality checks on products.
- Communication Skills: Basic verbal and written communication skills to interact with the team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
