Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, receive shipments, and ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards, maintain a clean work environment, and report any hazards immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid forklift certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read pick tickets and packing slips.
