Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory on shelves and pallets.
- Perform basic quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is required for some positions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
