Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan and track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, have a consistent work history, and be available for full-time shifts.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
