Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products between docks and storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate data entry into the warehouse management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Package and label shipments for local and national distribution.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and optimizing warehouse space efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment (Forklift certification is a plus).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Available for full-time shifts including weekends and holidays.
