Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently using standard warehouse equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Assist in packing orders for shipment, ensuring all items are properly labeled and secured.
- Keep the warehouse workspace clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack) after completing safety certification.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- No previous warehouse or logistics experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
