Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight efficiently and safely using powered industrial equipment (PPE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular safety checks of the warehouse environment and report any hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all company and OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate order processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Orlando facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
