Job Overview
We are expanding our operations in Phoenix and need reliable team members to join our intake and fulfillment centers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory flows smoothly to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in preparation for shipping and delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
