Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with 99% accuracy.
- Package products securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and orders.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
