Job Overview
In this role, you will play a crucial part in our supply chain operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately during our peak night shift hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against shipping manifests.
- Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with supervisors and peers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar industrial setting is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
