Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Perform daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
