Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report discrepancies or issues to the warehouse supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Valid driver's license required; forklift certification a plus.
