Responsibilities
- Operate industrial equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect and verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality control.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Package and label products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
