Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing machinery and assembly lines with precision.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Document production data accurately and report any machinery malfunctions immediately.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent output quality.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read production schedules.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is a plus but not required.
