Responsibilities
- Operate Machinery: Safely and efficiently run automated production equipment and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.
- Assembly & Maintenance: Assist in the assembly of components and perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, including OSHA guidelines, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on raw material levels and assist in inventory organization as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to optimize production workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate heavy machinery.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality, precision, and accuracy in work output.
- Reliability: Punctual attendance and a history of reliable work performance.
- Shift Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
