Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment safely.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards).
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
