- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with global regulations and responsible innovation.
- Partnerships: Cultivate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech leaders to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic management role.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate high-level vision into detailed execution plans and technical roadmaps.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and future AI paradigms, including LLMs, generative models, and predictive analytics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering and research teams.
