Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and trend forecasting to identify opportunities and threats for the 2026 timeframe.
- Develop and communicate a clear, actionable 5-year strategic vision aligned with company goals.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into core business processes.
- Present complex strategic concepts to C-suite executives and board members in a compelling manner.
- Monitor global economic shifts and adapt organizational strategies accordingly.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and strategy analysts.
- Establish KPIs to measure the success of long-term strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation and long-term planning.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, blockchain, and sustainable energy trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies is a plus.
