Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan that aligns with our organizational goals and sets the vision for the year 2026.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Monitor macroeconomic indicators, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to predict future market shifts.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, sustainability) that could disrupt our industry and integrate them into our core strategy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to executive leadership and board members, ensuring clarity and buy-in for future initiatives.
- Resource Allocation: Work with finance and operations to ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet 2026 objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and sales teams to align tactical execution with the broader 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Management, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a senior leadership role within a Fortune 500 company.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies and adapting them to changing market conditions.
