Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Generative AI and Spatial Computing integration.
- Lead high-level strategy sessions to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable product features.
- Oversee the development and deployment of proprietary AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for advanced AI deployment.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive revenue growth through innovative tech solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology consulting.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a high-growth startup or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of AR/VR technologies and the metaverse ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (PhD preferred).
