Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk and warehouse.
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory and shipments.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely processing of orders and deliveries.
- Handle cash handling and point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- No prior professional experience or specific education is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Long Beach facility.
