Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines and lathes according to blueprints
- Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine operations and make precision adjustments
- Document production data and maintain equipment logs
- Adhere to safety protocols and 5S workplace organization standards
- Collaborate with team members on production goals and quality control
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks on assigned equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training
- Basic math skills and ability to read measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
