- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist in training new team members and participate in daily team meetings.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
