- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales/service goals.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote support options.
