Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
