- Answer incoming phone calls and emails regarding inquiries, orders, and support.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers.
Qualifications
