Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify systemic problems and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
