Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Analyze and troubleshoot common hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Educate clients on best practices for using our digital platforms to prevent future issues.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate and resolve complex tickets efficiently.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
