Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy to ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting regular stock counts.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to showing up on time.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels and warehouse instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; experience is not required.
