Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and goods to and from storage areas, vehicles, and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Package and label products for distribution using appropriate materials and methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Perform basic data entry and scanning tasks using warehouse management systems.
Qualifications
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (not required for warehouse duties).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
