Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping duties according to strict quality and quantity standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices and ERP systems.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize nightly operations.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring cargo security during transit.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
