Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliability: A valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
